Our home was totally outdated and we were preparing to move out-of -state, we hired Creative Design to update our home. They installed a new kitchen and updated the rest of the house including paint, baths and refinished floors. All of the work was excellent, especially the custom cabinetry, and the best part was it was all completed on schedule. I don't believe we would have gotten as much for our house if it wasn't for Creative Design.

We were moving from NJ to Fayette County, we hired Creative Design to turn our garage into a studio apartment, repair our screen porch and build a large walk-in closet for my wife. We had a very tight schedule between our closing and move-in day and really needed to stay within budget. Rich assured us his company could take care of all our needs and he did. He even took care of a termite problem they came across without causing my family any additional stress. When we moved in, the project was complete and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I have called on Creative Designs several times for their Atlanta home remodeling services. I am a realtor in the Peachtree City area and have had several last minute home projects that sometimes have a closing on the line. Rich has always come through for me and always at a reasonable rate.

They come highly recommended. Nothing was too hard and anything was accomplishable, and they had great ideas as well. Anytime I called the phone was always answered (which is very important to me), and if not, he called me back within an hour. His team was tidy, polite and trustworthy enough to leave alone in the house. Even our dog got special attention and extra pats! Anytime we had any issues, Richard was willing and able to clear things up quickly. The workmanship was of high quality, and built to last. Our job was started and completed on time which was very important for us as my Mother was coming to stay in the guest suit the week after the completion date and as we both work from home we needed our office to function properly. We will be remodeling our kitchen and great room next year and intend to use this company again.

I have to say that since moving to a 20+ year old home 8 years ago, I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars remodeling, redoing etc. Rich and his team are by far the easiest contractors I've ever worked with. He would lay out what he wanted to accomplish in a given time frame, and 9 out of 10 times it was completed as promised, when promised. Rich has an attention to detail that I admire. He wasn't satisfied until I was satisfied. By the end of the project, with all of the little add-ons that you come to expect as a project of this magnitude evolves, I was pleased that he didn't try to gouge me on the back end. I felt the charges rendered were fair. He isn't the cheapest but you definitely in this case get what you pay for.

Creative Design's work was wonderful. We love our new basement and theater room. Our friends are very impressed. Richard was always involved in the process and finished ON TIME. The quality is great as well. He made sure we were always happy and went above and beyond. We would use his company again!

Very pleased with the work. Richard was very responsive, subcontractors were very professional, and the work site was clean and orderly. The unit was constructed off-site and then installed over a two-day period. Everyone worked diligently to make sure details were addressed such as maintaining the specific paint color and not damaging the existing crown molding. Richard has been helpful with calls and follow up visits in order to handle minor needs.
